Office Hours

Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.


We are available on Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 8:00 am for "fertility emergencies"

(e.g. insemination).  Emergency visits by appointment.


Phone Hours

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.


After hours, a physician or nurse is on call for urgent calls that cannot wait until normal phone hours.  You may leave a message for routine calls, such as scheduling an appointment or a medication refill.


Financial Policy

Payment is due when services are rendered. We are aware that your treatment is costly. We do our best to provide quality services and care at the lowest cost to you. Please ask the staff if you have any questions regarding the costs of any proposed testing and treatment. Data on our current price of visits, tests and treatment cycles are available from the administrative staff upon request.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash.




In regards to fertility and recurrent miscarriage care, most insurance policies do not cover the testing and treatment performed at our Center because it is related to reproductive disorders.  We suggest that patients review their insurance benefits booklet for details regarding coverage.  We are happy to assist you in obtaining information regarding your insurance policy.  Your benefits book usually provides this information.  Check with your Human Resources Department or insurance carrier if you do not have a benefits book.  Cohen Center makes every effort to provide cost effective treatment without compromising patient care.


Dr. Cohen does not participate in any insurance plans or networks.  At each visit we will provide you with an itemized receipt to attach to your insurance claim for you to submit and receive any reimbursement if benefits are available.  We do not file insurance claims.
